By submitting audit data through our platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1.Data Submission & User Responsibility

You confirm that you have the authority to submit the data and that it does not contain patient-identifiable information (PHI) or confidential patient records.

You agree to provide accurate and structured data for analysis, ensuring completeness for meaningful insights.

We are not responsible for errors in uploaded files, incomplete submissions, or incorrect formatting that may affect the quality of analytics.
2. Purpose of Data Processing

Submitted audit data will be used exclusively for analytics and reporting purposes.

Reports generated will be based on the information provided, and results may vary based on data accuracy.

We do not guarantee regulatory compliance but provide analytics to support quality improvement efforts.
3. Payment & Service Delivery

Payment must be completed before analytics services begin.

No refunds will be issued once data processing has started, except in cases where we are unable to deliver the service.

Reports will be delivered within the agreed processing time (e.g., 2-3 business days), unless otherwise stated.
4. Data Security & Retention

We take reasonable security measures to protect submitted data, including encryption and access restrictions.

Submitted files will be stored securely for [e.g., 90 days] after report completion, after which they will be permanently deleted unless requested otherwise.

5. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our analytics reports.

We are not responsible for any errors in user-submitted data that may impact analytics accuracy.
6. Intellectual Property

The generated analytics reports and dashboards are for your internal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared with third parties without prior written consent.

Any methodologies, templates, or dashboards created by JR Analytics Pty Ltd remain our intellectual property.
7. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.

We may refuse service if data is deemed inappropriate, incomplete, or violates any applicable laws.
