PulsEMR
Improving prehospital documentation
PulsEMR is a comprehensive solution that utilises both a mobile app and a web-based dashboard. It has been specifically designed for use by medical professionals and paramedics, providing them with the ability to accurately record and manage prehospital incidents in great detail. By using the mobile app, users can create patient care records during patient transfers from a variety of locations including homes, trauma sites, and hospitals. The app also allows for real-time export of these patient care records to destination hospitals, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
PulsEMR currently operates in a demonstration and pilot mode.
The app includes dummy hospitals and a default country setting (Australia) for simulation, training, and evaluation purposes.
Live hospital and ambulance service integration only occurs when an organisation formally adopts PulsEMR.
How it works

Step 1: Download for evaluation
PulsEMR can be downloaded to allow clinicians, educators, researchers, and health services to evaluate the platform’s structure, workflows, and documentation model.
The evaluation environment uses dummy hospitals and a default country setting (Australia) to allow safe exploration without real patient or organisational data.
Step 2: Explore core workflows
Within the evaluation environment, users can review:
-
Structured prehospital documentation workflows
-
Incident and patient data models
-
Mobile-to-dashboard information flow
-
Governance-aligned record structures
This allows organisations to assess clinical suitability, usability, and alignment with local documentation standards before any integration occurs.
Step 3: Organisational integration (required for use)
Simulation, training, and live operational use of PulsEMR require formal organisational integration.
Integration is enabled only after an ambulance service, hospital, or training institution elects to adopt PulsEMR and completes the required governance, configuration, and data-sharing processes.
Step 4: Configured deployment
Once adopted, PulsEMR is configured to the organisation’s:
-
Hospital directories
-
Jurisdiction and country settings
-
Training or operational use case
-
Dashboard and reporting requirements
At this stage, PulsEMR can be used for structured simulation, education programs, pilot deployments, or live operational workflows, depending on organisational approval.
Important: PulsEMR is not a consumer application and does not provide standalone simulation, training, or live clinical functionality without organisational integration.
