The design or customization of the mug significantly deviates from the provided specifications.
The wrong design or product was shipped to you.
You must initiate your refund request within 14 days of receiving the product. After this period, we will assume that you are satisfied with your purchase.

Provide clear photographs of the mug displaying the issue, such as damage or incorrect design.
Our customer support team will review your request and photographs to determine eligibility. If your request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation.
In cases where the mug needs to be returned, we will provide you with instructions on how to do so. You will be responsible for shipping the mug back to us, and we recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
Please note that the following situations are not eligible for a refund:
Personal dissatisfaction with the design or color of the mug (unless it significantly deviates from the provided specifications).
Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
