If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
2. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at jaduromi@jranalytics.com within 30 days of receiving your order. They will guide you through the return process.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
Please securely package the items to prevent damage during transit and include the original packing slip or a note with your order number and the reason for return.
3. Refund or Exchange:Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is not available, a refund will be processed instead.
4. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
